Driving An EV Puts More Money In Your Pocket

electric car savings infographic

A recent Wall Street Journal article included a nice infographic showing that driving an electric car in California or Georgia actually put more money in your pocket than driving a gasmobile.

This is something I’ve tackled numerous times with car-to-car comparisons. A ton is based on the assumptions you make, but all in all, I think it is now cheaper for many or most people to drive electric.

Leasing is actually a very good option in this space, and I’ve been meaning to do some leasing comparisons. Thanks to the WSJ for doing this basic one. Read the full WSJ article for more info.
