After a bit of delay, we’ve got the full electrified car registration numbers for France for May. Thanks a great deal to France Mobilité Électrique for sharing the numbers, and also a thanks to EV-Sales Blogspot for distinguishing BMW i3 electric vs BMW i3 REx sales.
Clearly, as the first chart above shows, the Renault Zoe dominated French EV registrations in May (47% market share). After that, the Nissan Leaf (11%) and Bollore Bluecar (10%) were neck and neck. A clear step down further were the Citroën C-Zero (#4 with 6% market share) and the BMW i3 (5% market share).
June data is coming shortly, so it won’t be too long to see how these numbers change.
