Plugless Tesla Model S Charging (Video)

Those curious about the Plugless (Evatran) wireless Tesla Model S charger will probably want to take a look at the video below. The video shows… exactly what one would guess that it shows, the details of a Tesla Model S charging via a Plugless wireless charging station.

An email sent to EV Obsession and CleanTechnica recently note that the Model S is charging at 7.2 kW (kilowatts), “and, at least in mid-charge, 24 miles of charge per hour.”

The 7.2 kilowatt (kW) Plugless Vehicle Adapter possesses dimensions of around 16″ x 33.5″ x 1″ …. The pictures are of the portion of the system installed underneath the Tesla Model S that receives the inductive charge.
